HEREFORD BULLS

We retain a small herd of registered, polled and horned Hereford cows that we use as our base to produce bulls to use on our larger herd of Angus crossbred cows. We usually produce more bulls than we need each year and sell any of these bulls. We use the tools of AI and buy excellent herd bulls on occasion to keep up our quality. We breed for easy calving, excellent milk production and bags, as well as efficient high carcass quality. We retain only the best bull calves. Our bulls are not pushed and receive mostly grass hay with very little grain and of course are raised at high altitude.

ENGLISH SHEPHERDS

We have used Border Collies, Australian Shepherds, and Blue Heelers. However, our favorite and best dogs are the English Shepherd. English Shepherds are working dogs, valued for their versatility, loyalty, and intelligence. They make wonderful companions, and want to please. They are said to be the original farm dog, found on most farms and ranches in the past.
We have puppies coming around October 24, to be available the week before Christmas.
